Who We Are

Xodus Recovery Pathways is developing a faith-rooted model intended to help people move from addiction and instability toward recovery, purpose, and independent living.

Origin & Symbolism

Inspired by the biblical “Exodus”—the journey out of slavery into freedom and the Promised Land—the Xodus vision reflects a movement from bondage to addiction and mental-health challenges toward purpose, dignity, and freedom.

The “X” suggests transformation, crossover, and radical change.

The Future Peer-Support Pathway

Xodus intends to establish a peer-support pathway aligned with applicable Ohio training, certification, supervision, and continuing-education requirements. Future peer-support roles are expected to emphasize lived recovery experience, empathy, healthy boundaries, spiritual integrity, responsible supervision, and ongoing development. Xodus is not currently accepting applications for this planned pathway and does not currently represent that it awards peer-support certification.

Standards for the Future Xodus Team

As Xodus develops, the future team is intended to be supported through trauma-informed training, responsible supervision, spiritual integrity, mutual respect, professional development, and sustainable working practices. Staffing, employee programs, benefits, and operating roles have not yet been established.

We make choices that honor God in our health, rest, and stewardship of time and energy. We remain committed to spiritual integrity and growth.
